چکیده
Selective catalytic reduction of NOx from mobile source over Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts always suffer sulfur poisoning in practical applications. The pore blockage and loss active Cu species after seriously damage the ability catalysts. In this work, we used SO42--coordinated to improve resistance, which can still maintain 90% NO conversion 24 h reaction an SCR feed with high concentration SO2. A series characterization revealed that process CuII being reduced CuI reoxidation is usually inhibited SO2 catalysts, turn leads accumulation ammonium bisulfate (ABS) sulfation sites. directed coordination SO42- on sites catalyst decreases adsorption SO2, hence deposition ABS as well. This carry out a complete cycle under poison resulted well-maintained re-oxidation work paves way for development highly efficient anti-poisoning

Optimizing the crystallinity and acidity of H-SAPO-34 by fluoride for synthesizing Cu/SAPO-34 NH3-SCR catalyst.
A series of H-SAPO-34 zeolites were synthesized by a hydrothermal method in fluoride media. The as-synthesized H-SAPO-34 zeolites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), N2 physisorption, temperature-programmed desorption of NH3 (NH3-TPD) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurements. The results showed that a certain concentration of F(-) anions p...

Introduction SAPO-34 is a silicoaluminophosphate zeolite with 8-membered ring windows (~0.38nm) displaying chabazite structure. SAPO-34 is an efficient catalyst showing improved catalytic performance in reactions such as methanol conversion to olefins [1], oxidative dehydrogenation of propane [2], conversion of light alkenes [3]. Its catalytic properties are mainly attributed to its mild acidit...
متن کاملBauxite-supported Transition Metal Oxides: Promising Low-temperature and SO2-tolerant Catalysts for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx
In order to develop low-temperature (below 200 °C) and SO2-tolerant catalysts for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx, a series of cheap M/bauxite (M = Mn, Ni and Cu) catalysts were prepared using bauxite as a support. Their SCR performances are much superior to typical V2O5/TiO2, the addition of M into bauxite results in significant promotion of NOx removal efficiency, especially at low...
متن کاملHighly selective catalytic reduction of NO via SO2/H2O-tolerant spinel catalysts at low temperature
Selective catalytic reduction of NO X by hydrogen (H2-SCR) in the presence of oxygen has been investigated over the NiCo2O4 and Pd-doped NiCo2O4 catalysts under varying conditions. The catalysts were prepared by a sol-gel method in the presence of oxygen within 50-350 °C and were characterized using XRD, BET, EDS, XPS, Raman, H2-TPR, and NH3-TPD analysis. The results demonstrated that the doped...
